Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the svip2 platform or any related platform operated under the same licence.

svip2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to have been under 21 at the time of registration, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned at svip2's discretion following a review.

Account Registration

To access the full range of svip2 services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. If your details change after registration, you are obliged to update your account information promptly. svip2 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on svip2. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited. svip2 uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, bonuses will be voided, and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your svip2 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally. KYC Verification

Deposits

svip2 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, direct bank transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed at the point of deposit within your svip2 account cashier.

Deposits are generally credited to your svip2 account in real time. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any additional verification steps required by your financial institution. svip2 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. svip2 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and close an account if it is determined that payment was made from a source not belonging to the registered player.

svip2 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. svip2 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification to svip2's satisfaction. Pending KYC documentation will result in a hold on your withdrawal request until verification is complete.

Processing Times

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically 15–30 minutes after approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank / Bank Transfer: Same business day in most cases; up to one business day in exceptional circumstances.
• USDT (Crypto): Generally within one hour, subject to blockchain network conditions.

svip2 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend the stated processing timeframes. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the svip2 cashier section. Any Real Money Balance that remains untouched in a dormant account for a period of twelve consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the dormant account policy communicated to players by email.

Bonuses & Promotions

svip2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all svip2 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified svip2 account and who are not currently subject to any account restrictions.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses are available to one player per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using the Bonus Balance before any funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied at the multiplier stated in each offer's specific terms.

Betting Rules

All sports bets and virtual bets placed on the svip2 platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Price changes occurring after confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• svip2 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, including for individual players identified as consistently sharp bettors.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned, unless in-play betting markets were explicitly open and active.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), svip2 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are subject to additional sport-specific rules which govern how events such as match abandonment, weather interruptions, DLS method application, and player withdrawal are handled for settlement purposes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Casino Games

All casino games available on the svip2 platform — including slots, live dealer games, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live studio providers. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the svip2 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Requests received from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period consistent with svip2's dormant account policy.

You may also request voluntary closure of your svip2 account at any time by contacting support. Where account closure is requested by the player for responsible gaming reasons, svip2 will action the closure promptly and apply any relevant self-exclusion protections to prevent re-registration.

Upon closure of an account that holds a positive Real Money Balance — and where closure is not due to a breach of these Terms — svip2 will return the real money balance to the player via the most recently used payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Responsible Gaming

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
